Stop Sweating the small stuff?

Well. Here we are, thinking of a few things as usual.
Why do trivial things like attendance, register entries, signatures matter anyway? Ofcourse we have the answer its because we need a record, and regularity and attendance are a part of moral behavior. But sometimes being ill-treated for the same, is that moral ethics? Can somebody please define ethics for me...are we here to learn our work properly or worry about small small stuff that makes our hair grey prematurely....regular and obedient people are troubled more because the perpetrators get sadistic pleasure in it....the only high and low is due to the colour of the apron. By just getting through with it and bearing it all, we 'white aprons' get through most of the terms....thankfully my current posting people do not believe in tormenting....but it gives me horrid memories of those who do.
